Dylan from Pennsylvania, was a preemie born at 35 weeks. He has severe hydrocephalus and epilepsy. While in overall good health, he is developmentally delayed and in a wheelchair. We got to add a butterfly to the wall at MW showing where this family is from. Riding on the carousel was a lot of fun.
