Oscar 7, his twin brother Charlie, mom and dad, Julie and Ethan from Golden Valley, Minnesota got their trip in July. Oscar has autism, is nonverbal, developmentally delayed and has coordination challenges. But as you can see, when he saw Big Bird at SeaWorld, Oscar was making sure he got to say hello.
